Nutritional and Environmental Medicine
Dr Barbara Panitz is now offering nutritional and environmental medicine appointments.
NEM recognises that your health is determined by a complex interaction of physical, psychological, genetic, environmental and social factors.
Time is taken in the consultation to form a management plan personalised to the individual. Expect advice which includes dietary changes, exercise suggestions, nutrient supplementation, psychological interventions and conventional medicine treatment as appropriate.
New patients are allocated a 60 minute initial appointment, with follow-up appointments from 30 minutes. Bring (or provide prior to the appointment) a medical summary, if possible, from your usual GP and any bottles of supplements you may already be using.
This is a privately building clinic and fees reflect the extra time and training undertaken to provide the service.
